The BLS Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering jobseekers, with an emphasis on supporting NextGen Youth and Veterans, by providing them with employment opportunities and career-readiness training. Our mission is to foster inclusivity and economic empowerment, creating pathways for success and advancement in the workforce.
Wheels of Valor
We collaborate with esteemed nonprofit, corporate, and government organizations to enroll participants, with an emphasis on prioritizing NextGen Youth ages 17 - 24 and Veterans, in our transformative 8-week program, featuring comprehensive career-readiness and skill-based training.

Throughout the Wheels of Valor program, participants engage in courses covering professional communication, resume writing, interviewing skills, computer literacy, financial literacy and budgeting, teamwork, and collaboration, among other essential topics. Upon successful completion, participants are offered employment with BLS for a commitment minimum of one-year or receive job-placement entry-level experience with one of our transportation partners, fostering stability and growth in their professional journeys.
